Rare case?

Male, 21.

I have been diagnosed with gonorrhea twice. For the first time, I was not sexually active. For the second time, there wasn't deep penetration. The woman was clean. So how am I being infected? Can someone please help?

Regarding the first time, I did not have any kind of sex. And the medical reports clearly showed presence of Neisseria gonorrhoeae. I really don't get how I am getting it. I have done some research on the disease and I really believe I have a rare case as I got it infected WITHOUT ANY sexual acts.

You can not get gonorrhea without having sex, either oral, anal or vaginal. So the first time you either had sex at some point or were misdiagnosed.
The second time it doesn't matter if it was not deep penitration you can still get it.
