Rashes after sex

I got rashes on my forearm and upperarms the very next day after sex. What could it be? Isn't it a little too fast to manifest?

I thought so too. I figured that it was the soap, i actually also slept in someone else's bed too. Oh apologies on there. Thanks a lot, i am actually pretty much relieved by the fact that it would not be any sexual diseases or HIV. Thanks once again! (:

Yes, its proven.

I have no idea what it is - maybe an allergic reaction to something?  Did you change laundry detergents, soap, or sleep in someone else's bed?  Maybe you were allergic to their detergent or something in their sheets, or if you showered there, soap or something.

You should post in the dermatology forum though - this isn't an std, and this is the std forum.

thats pretty comforting, so what do you think it might be the reason for the rash? besides the arm, there is some on my left lower back too. Is it proven that the symptoms will only appear after a period of at least a couple of days or so?

It is too fast, and you wouldn't get symptoms on your arms from an std.
