Rashes dealing with std

I noticed over the weekend I have what looks like a few brown spots on my fingers. I wouldn't call it a rash necessarily because it's not raised or itchy, it literally looks like smeared chocolate that hadn't been fully washed off. I have three spots on my index finger and one dot on my pinky. Could this be std related? I had oral sex almost 2 weeks ago with other male. Since I haven't had any symptoms but my throat feeling sore in the mornings and recently these brown spots. Please inform me on any possibly std with these type of spots/rash like...thanks.

Did you give or receive oral sex? Anyway it is a low risk activity. And no that is not std related.
