protected sex with prostitute

Last week i had protected sex with a prostitute. It lasted less than 5 minutes,  I did not ejaculated, i started to loose my erection, i pulled out removed the condom.  I then urinated, but forgot to wash my genitals for a while.  They were covered in sex jelly ALOT was used, am I at risk for any STD's?

Post further questions over in the HIV in relation to HIV. Just an FYI your Dr has no clue what he is doing. The Dr's on this site would never give you PEP. I would discontinue PEP, you have zero reason to take it and I would see a different Dr.

When you have an actual risk HIV tests are conclusive after 3 months. And since you are on PEP it is not conclusive until 3 months after you stop taking PEP.

And you only have 72 hrs from the incident to start PEP. Stop PEP and find a new Dr.

Vance hate to bother you agian.  As i said before the doctor started me on PEP, i explained to him me giving the prostitute oral sex, thats why he says i am high risk.  They are running 2 hiv test and i will get the results in 2 weeks.  I am asuming they are rna.  When the results come back and are negative, can i relax for sure?

You have already been told you had no risk with HIV.

See a therapist for your anxiety.

I started to get a sorethroat, and my glands started to swell thats why i went.  They took alot of blood, and gave me rocephin azithromax flagyl.  I have to go back in 2 weeks for the test results.  I told him about the oral sex for a few minutes he said it makes me high risk.  I am also taking combivir.

I have no clue why he told you that. Go into the expert forum and read post after post from STD experts and you will see the same advice I have given you over and over again.

Small enough that I would not worry about it. I have no specific numbers but protected sex is really no risk.

You had a small risk for herpes, HPV and syphilis. I would not worry about any of them though.
