Received oil massage+ happy ending , now have sore penis 1 Month on

Received happy ending with oil about a month ago. Have regular  girlfriend.
I'm 38 male
Uncircumcised
About a week later my penis felt irritated was red head and had white patchy bell end foreskin felt irritated . I had like a white film on my helmet one day also
I used canasten for about 10 days as I thought was thrush as I often have had in the past.
This cleared it up a little but not properly . so I got some daktarin and tried that. Ive then noticed in the last couple of weeks since that on my fore skin ive got these two itchy patches that are on my foreskin . the skin is like white shiny cloudy colour like fish skin . no blisters .
I sent photos to a online dermatologist on a app and he said it looked like lichen sclerosis.
Because of this encounter I had I'm freaking out about sti's

Whenever ive had thrush before and freaked out ibe gone to GUM clinic and they have always told me its a fungal infection .
I haven't been to a GUM clinic for a few years but been with same partner .

The few days before I got the irritation I'd used emla cream on the penis for premature ejaculation . I didn't clean properly after . was wondering if this caused it

There was no sexual contact skin to skin apart from hands and oil in massage

Also freaking out because girlfriend now says her wee stings .

Ive had stinging wee while I had the thrush earlier on .
Can I upload pictures here?

Hi - no pics here. We aren't doctors and can't diagnose and any doctor worth anything won't diagnose anything STD-related based on a pic alone.

That said, you had no risk for STDs, so if the cream you are using isn't helping, go see a GUM clinic or a doctor. Perhaps it's an allergic reaction or a different fungal infection that you usually get. Fungal infections can infect your girlfriend, so it's possible she'll need treatment, too, but this has nothing to do with your massage.
