Red bumps at the back of my throat wall

hi. can i have a question im worried about my throat looks like this one

i am rlly nervous if its a cancer. last week i have a sore throat lasted for 3days and it heals but the patches aren't gone. isn't it pharyngitis or strep throat? pls reply thanks!

STDs in the throat often have no symptoms.

Strep throat and tonsillitis are among the most common causes of bumps in the throat. If you've had the sore throat for more than a few days, see your doctor. If you have performed oral sex on someone, which is the only way to get an STD in your throat, let your doctor know so they can do STD testing orally.
