Are my symptoms an STD?

I had unprotected sex 3 months ago while under intoxication.  Approximately 36-48 hours later i noticed a small flesh colored bump on the underside of my penis.  This bump/bumps turns whitish if I rub neosporin or some other ointment on it.  Never once has this lesion ached, itched, burned, or anything.  After doing some research and reading on the symptoms,  I started to feel a tingling sensation in my scrotum(but only when I start to worry about it). Paranoia?

I've went to the doctor to make sure that it is not Herpes, in which he claimed it was not herpes but in fact genital warts.  My only concern is that, everywhere I read, says that genital warts could not show up in that period of time.  However, my mind keeps on going back to herpes because of the tingling sensation in my scrotum, which has also been going on and off for about 3 months.

Once again, 3 months ago I got a lesion on the underside of my penis.  The lesion has not increased nor decreased in size and has never hurt, burned, itched, or anything.  I'm curious to know what I could be looking at and what measures I should be taking.  Like I said, Ive been to the only doctor in my town and he claims it is genital warts.  Could be but I have my doubts.  Doesnt look like any of the pictures that I see online.

I've tried hydrocortisone cream, neosporim, tea tree oil, apple cidar vinegar.  No success with any of them.  Could this be a yeast infection or something not STD related?

Thank you.

See this is the problem with this situation. The doctor says you dont have it but you still question that opinion, so if you go have a test and when it comes back negative you move on the some other area of possible causes, See if you had the test you would not even ask this question. Can you see where im going with this?

Doctor claims its not herpes.  Ive had tingling sensation for 3 months.  Everywhere I read these symptoms only occur before an outbreak.  Im sure its more paranoia than anything.  Hope this lesion goes away soon. need to stop messing with it

You need to have some tests done but 3 months is a long time to come down with and STD. You normally would have a white discharge about 5 days after exposure. Your most likely ok  of but testing is the best course of action if your concerned just to ease your mind esp with herpes concerns.

Hi and welcome. If you had unprotected vaginal sex then you were at risk for contracting STD's. If your concerned about having something then go get tested. Its the only way to know for sure. Otherwise you will have lingering questions and paranoia.
