So confused!

Soo I went swimming today with my family for a few hours and when I got home I took a nap and when I woke up I noticed I had pain in my vagina lips. And I got these like heat sores or bumps and they hurt a bit. Idk if my vagina is irritated  from the chlorine. But I also had unprotected sex almost 4 weeks ago with some one I started talking to so I don't know if it's the pool or him. I've also found out I might have thyroid problems so idk I feel like it could be a lot things. I've been really sleepy and been having anxiety and muscle aches and joint pain and I've lost weight but I eat a lot. Also my heart has been beating fast and I get lightheaded after eating and discomfort in my neck but I think that's all with the thyroid. But idk cause I also get lower back pain and stomach pain plus headaches and my mouth always feels burned idk but I'm all types of confused right now . Sometimes I match up my symptoms with stds cause I just haven't been feeling right lately. It's actually been a few months now but I got check for stds last month but ima go again in October or September. I came out negative on everything. I'm scared of hiv. But where is the sore vagina and burned feeling tongue coming from? Hope to hear from someone ? :/

I see nothing that makes me think this is a STD. If you are concerned with STD's then test. Use condoms until you know partner does not have a STD.

Another thing I forgot to mention is I easily get yeast infections and I've gotten one after being in the pool.  Should I get checked sooner for stds? I wanted to be patient and wait because I know hiv sometimes doesn't pop up on test after 13 weeks or 26 weeks which is 3 to 6 months.
