Red, itchy penis abd anus

Hi,

Im 36 years old and was diagnosed with cold sore about 10 years ago. On August 21, 2015 I had some alcohol and made a terible mistake having protected sex (with condom for only one minutes) with a sex worker. Then, she gave me oral sex for about 5 to 10 munites.

Two days after the incident,  the penis foreskin felt itch, burn, and turn red, no discharge, no rash, no pain. My General Practice Dr gave me clotrimazole to treat yeast infection. Blood and urine tests on the second day after contact were all negative.

3.5 wks later, I still had same symtoms and my anus started to itch. My dr prescribed diflucan, one tab per week for two week, PROCTOZONE as rectal cream,  mupirocin (BACTROBAN), Blood and urinalysis were all negative again.

About 5 wks after contact, my head, toes, arms, face start to itch roughly 10 to 15 times a day. I could feel the itch and it felt like something was crawling on the skin. I told my dr that i've been reading a lot about std online and that im so worry, scared, feel guilty.  My dr said that i felt the body itch because i was so worry, and he told me to relax and not too worry about it.

On the sixth week, i saw a dermatologist and she didnt see anything wrong except the head of the penis is a bit inflamed and red. She prescribed Tacrolimus (PROTOPIC).

About 90 percent of my body itch is gone and about 60 percent of penis/anus itch also gone as of now. Penis head is stiIl red and with  slight burning sensation that comes and goes. Im going to see a urologist this thursday (8th week after contact) and im going to ask for blood/urine test again.

Im using warm and hot water when washing and without soap.

My questions are:

-Why my penis still sometimes itch, burn and always looks red?
-Why the anus still sometimes itch?
Why did my body itch?
-Did i get yeast or was it something else that spread through out my body causing itch?
-Am i safe from std?

Im so worry that this wont go away even with negatives blood/urine test.  I have not had intercourse with my wife because i dont want to pass anything to her. We shared bath and kiss each other. Im not sure if i have passed anything to her.

Any comments are greatly appreciated. This is going to affect my marriage life and im very worry.

Vance, thanks for your reply. I just saw a urologist yesterday and he assure me that dont have any std. He advice blood retest about six month window. He believes the redness will go away on its own. The itchiness and burning almost gone with some irritation remain. Im hoping to get through this soon. Im mentally feeling better now.....

Symptoms do not sound like a STD at all. Not sure what could be going on.
