Red line under glans of penis, What is it?

In March of this year I was having sex with my girlfriend when all of the sudden there was an immense pain on the left side of the penis right underneath the Glans.  We stopped and when I pulled off the condom, the area that hurt was swollen.  The next day everything was back to normal, save for a short thin red line right where the pain was the night before.

A few days later the line went away completely.  I got an STD check after wards and was in the clear.

At the end of April, the line returned in the same spot, and was longer, wrapping around the left and right side of my penis, still underneath the glans.  I returned to the doctor and she told me it was a yeast infection and gave me ketoconazole cream 2%.  I used this for a week and at the end of the week the red line had crusted over, but not gone away.

A few weeks later the crust flaked off, and the line was still there, in addition to a small cut about mid penis.  I have done research and it does not look like any pictures of herpes, nor any yeast infection.  I am very concerned.  Please help me.

I would like to let it be known that I did have a one night stand in between it going away and coming back.

It's not a STD. I would go with what your Dr is saying. He/She has examined you and is best to follow up with now.
