Need help ASAP scared I’m infected :(

Ok so like 2 months ago I masturbated and cleaned myself up with a dirty sock. The next day I woke up and I noticed a bunch of small red dots all over my penis head and the corona was swelled up. I bought some anti fungal cream after a week and it cleared up and I kept using the fungal cream just to make sure. I masturbated again  and this time I noticed that I had dry flaky skin and my ornis was red I had no rash and no other symptoms I peed and it would burn a little. I also had a white cloudy urination at times. I got scared an I went to my doctor and got a urine sample and came back negative for uti. I also got tested for hiv chlam syphillis and they came back negative. I’m really scared and I need help to see what I have because I’m still having problems

You can not get any std from a dirty sock. If you haven't had intercourse or oral sex then you do not have any std. They're called sexually transmitted for a reason.

So what can I do to cure what I have. I also want to note that I also didn’t have any open sores or anything.

Go to a doctor

Not herpes.

Probably just a fungus from the sock. Antifungal cream does nothing for herpes.

If it shows up just get it swabbed and tested. You can get a blood test at 12 weeks post exposure for reassurance but it's not herpes.
