Small bubble dots on top of foreskin

Had sexual intercourse with a sex worker (protected) almost 3 years ago. Almost 6 months later I started to form small bubble spots on the top of my foreskin which have been there ever since (so almost 2 and a half). There’s probably around 20 of them and some are clustered together. Any ideas? People say warts normally go away after 2 years max so starting to think it could be something else.

Have you let a doctor check these out?

They sound like they could be Fordyce spots, which are just oil glands, and totally normal, but you really should let a doctor check them out to make sure.

No I am far too scared to face reality in case there is actually something wrong with me! They do itch every now and again which is concerning
Not going to get them checked doesn't make it go away, or change the outcome. What if you sit and worry all this time and it turns out to be nothing, or something that a cream will easily take care of?

Part of being sexually active is being responsible for your sexual health. If you're continuing to be sexually active, you have a responsibility to get this checked out to make sure it's nothing you could be transmitting to your partners.

Reality doesn't go away because you don't face it lol.
