SEVERE ANXIETY!

My last sexual encounter was a little over a month ago. I used protection yet was very drunk and found out from my friends later on that this girl tended to sleep around. Since then there have been no signs or symptoms. I have really bad anxiety. i feel like i could have some kind of STD sitting in my body and I dont even know it. How long would it take for visual signs to appear. Am I at risk for an STD and should i go get tested. I am sick to my stomach right now.  HELP!

By using a condom it would be very very hard to get an STD and with no symptoms it's a real good chance you did not get anything.

You can always test to help ease your mind. And just because someone says that the girl sleeps around does not make it true. I was once told that a girl slept around and one night that I had hooked up with her after trying to have sex she stopped me and said she doesn't do that and that she was a virgin. She like to make out and that is as far as it went.

If i have had no signs for over a month is it possible i still may have contracted something, even having used a condom. I just cant seem to get my mind off of this. I feel like i cant think rationally.

If you used a condom, you really don't have anything to worry about.

Also, be careful about rumors - you have no way of knowing if they are true or not, and honestly, since you had a once night stand, one could say that about you, too.

If you don't feel like you can let it go, test now, and seek some help for the anxiety.
