Do I have a common cold, strep throat, or an oral STD?

Yesterday I started experiencing a sore throat. Today I noticed bumps on the back of my tongue near my throat/tonsil area, and a grey/white look to my tongue. Also, I've been having a runny/stuffy nose and watery eyes. Two days ago I performed unprotected oral sex, but he ejaculated on a towel and nowhere near me or my mouth. However, the weather has been below 30° and I work with closely with the public. I, also, have a history of seasonal allergies. Am I experiencing a common cold, strep throat, or an oral STD? Please help, because my anxiety is through the roof right now.

Oral sex exposes you to gonorrhea, syphilis and herpes. It would be good to test for all of them.

-3 weeks after the exposure you can test for gonorrhea.
-6 weeks after the exposure, you can test for syphilis, but if you get it negative, it would to re-test again one month after the intercourse, as there are people that take longer to show a positive result.
-3 months after the intercourse, you can test for herpes.
