STD Concerns from Condom Breakage

Twenty-six year old female of Asian descent. Had sex with 30 year old of Asian descent. It was vigorous since we didn't use lube. Condom broke in between and according to him, may even have been expired. I took Aftera less than an hour after we were done.

Three days later, and after summer starts and I start a job that requires me to wear suits and sometimes stockings, I experience itching all around my vagina and increased discharge. I visit my doctor on Saturday (this past Sat.) and she gives me Diflucan of which I take one dose. The itching appears to be back but the general grossness is gone, but I plan on taking a second dose. She also takes swabs for vaginitis, chlamydia and gonorrhea. Results are pending.

I had a headache last week but nothing a little Advil didn't cure. I have experienced no other symptoms but can't help but worry about other STD concerns from this exposure. I am particularly worried about HSV-2 and HIV. Granted, it's a few days before my period is due, so I'm probably more anxious than normal.

1. Assuming some of his ejaculate did get inside of me, what are the chances of infection of HIV from one encounter?

2. It's been ten days and other than the above mentioned symptoms, I have experienced nothing. Should I still get a blood test for herpes-2, and if so, at what point in time is best given this exposure?
