STD/HIV infection possibilities

Hello, I’m a man in thirties and I had a protected sex with a sexually active woman, and am a little concerned about whether I will test positive for STD or HIV after the encounter. The sex itself was 100% protected with condom and all; what bothers me is what I did afterwards.

Long story short, I started giving her masterbation by taking my index finger and rubbing on her clit. And there was no barrier between my finger and her vagina. Of course I could feel the vaginal fluid on my finger. I have always had this very minor wound (if I can call it that) in between my nail and the finger. I think the incident might have happened a year ago when I grabbed something and a sharp object got in between underneath the nail (kinda like when you get partially denailed) There was no blood and the wound has been sealed of course, but I worry that the fingertip still maintains very small cut that I cannot see with naked eye.

If my sex partner was HIV positive, or has other diseases, do you think there is a chance that I got infected in this way?
