The semen coming out of the condom would affect her, not you. As long as the head of your penis was covered, you are protected from most STDs - HIV, gonorrhea, chlamydia, trich, mycoplasma, hepatitis B.

Condoms don't offer full protection against syphilis, HPV or herpes, but that's true even if they don't slip or come off. They offer significant protection, but not full.

As far as pregnancy, well, that depends on how the condom failed. Was it slipping when you pulled out? Did any get into her?

You have serious anxiety after visiting escorts. Why you keep going to them is a mystery when it seems to cause nothing but worry.

You should talk to your doctor about anxiety.

Yeah, semen did get inside her, and for the anxiety issue, I'm naturally anxious when I come in danger and this situation is no exception, I don't have a gf or wife I'm single so I have my reasons to visit these women, I'm always a gentleman when I visit escorts, she was actually very happy to get semen inside her and she talkimg about a family we can have together I hate to break to her that I cant I told her to please do what she can to not become pregnant.
So I was at risk Jessie, is there a way to prevent HIV early
Did you read what I said?

You had no risk for HIV as long as the head of your penis was covered.

You said the semen was coming out of the condom. That means it was still at least partially on you, correct?

We can't help you with whether or not she wants your semen or wants a baby - that's a personal matter, and one you'll have to deal with if she becomes pregnant.

Yes the condom was partially on me, the condom head was broken so the tip of my penus was exposed
How long ago did this event occur? If it's been more than 72 hours, your only option is to test using a 4th generation (Ag/Ab) test at least 28 days after the event. If it has been less than 72 hours, you may be eligible to take PEP, which is a 28-day course of medication that can prevent HIV infection. You'd likely need to go to a sexual health clinic or the emergency room to obtain it.
Yeah this happened yesterday
If the head of your penis was exposed, when you go to the clinic or hospital, let them know that this was an escort and they may treat you for gonorrhea, chlamydia and syphilis, too.
Then the decision about whether to take PEP or not is between you and a doctor. We don't advise members on decisions involving prescription medication.
