STD/HIV possibilites with a few pimples on my upper lip???

Hi Doctor/all,

I am now super scared about having infected about STD/HIV. I made an mistake in New Year's Eve ( probably the biggest mistake I've ever done). I went to pub/bar whatever it is called in New Year's Eve and met a guy then we went to motel eventually for having some fun. Of course I told him to wear the condom for sure because I don't wanna have any consequence and we bought together. There are like 3 condoms and we used all. Since I was a virgin and I also took the emergency contraception pills before (the day before I fooled around with another guy but we definitely had no sexual intercourse I am 100% sure, but just in case that I don't wanna have any consequence so I took the pill bought from Rx) That's why it might explain I was a bit bleeding in my lower part.

The thing is we had sexual intercourse with condoms ( there's one time I am not sure but what I am 100%sure is he didn't ejectulate for the whole night as he asked me to have an oral sex helping him, so I did it but it's unsuccessful) . After 6-7 days like now, my upper lip (mouth) has a few around 6-7 small pimples. I have searched all related information related to STD/HIV for the whole day and I do really super scared about this. Now I have a few questions as follows:

(1) Is it high chance to get STD/HIV based on these? Or is it just a herpes?
(2) My private part has no pain or any symptoms so far (and please don't too). Just my upper lip has a few tiny pimples. But still, I have searched some info online and part of STD symptoms are having pimples on the lips.
(3) Or is it only a virus disease since I have been touched a lot of things in public like aeroplane within this week?

p.s I am going to see the doc and do some testing for sure. But just want to have much information to ease my anxious mind.

Thanks.

Definitely. But just wondering that what makes you feel my symptoms doesnt really sound like herpes. There are pimples-like thing on my lip even they are pin-like. I put some acyclovir cream on the infected area like three times, and now almost most of them are reddish like with scar. But before coating, they are blister. After three times, now they are scar like. What's goin' on???

Super confusing now on these.

hsv2 orally presents the exact same way as hsv1 does. It won't look any different.  Your symptoms don't really sound like herpes so make someone prove it is with a culture when you are seen again if they think it looks like herpes too.

The doctor said it's herpes...on my lip based on the pimples on my lip.Since the pimples are really really small, like a pin mark.  He said it doesn't look like this if it is HSV-2. Perhaps I shouldn't use "oral herpes" this term to misunderstand you. He didn't do any test like a swab of the symptoms because I ran to the hospital A&E. The A&E doctor said it's only herpes.

No matter what, tomorrow i will goto medical center to have the full testing. But just wondering that whether it can see any result within a week.

you absolutely did not contract oral herpes from using a blanket and pillow on a plane or a bench!!!

did they do any actual testing for herpes - a swab of the symptoms - or just visually say these are herpes?

I have just seen the doctor in hospital and he said it's just an oral herpes. Possibility is either due to I infected on plane ( i used the blanket and pillow to cover myself for almost 15hrs and slept on the bench at airport) or it might really related to oral sex thing. But he said it's not a HSV-2 type since the pimples are not that similar.

But still, I am very scared and I will see another professional tomorrow carrying all tests.

I do really feel regret this time.

Yes I did a lot of kissing with him and another guys. But I thought that kissing is nothing before (jeez).
So that means if STD-related, it should have some symptoms related to private parts??
I'm still super scared and worried and guess that the best is to seek the medical advice from the doctor and do testing. But for the test, can I get the instant results??
This time I really screwed up...

odds are this isn't std related. going to be seen is the best course of action to get better answers.  the "trauma" of performing oral sex as well as a lot of kissing can cause chapped lips and other issues too.
