So worried.....std symptoms or what?

Hi,i'm a married guy who had an encounter with a young woman.she performed oral sex on me and i did cunilungus on her.i also had a brief unprotected vaginal penetration on her with only 3 to 4 thrust, about 4 to 5 secs and then i pulled out my penis bcoz it was not hard enough. After about 3 hrs.,due to anxiety and panic, i took 1 qram azithromycin .On day 2,i took 1 gram cefuxime axetil.on day 3 and 4 i had erythromycin 500mg  3x a day for my cough, coincedentally. On day 5 and 6,out of panic...i took 500mg cipro once a day....also on day 6 evening i had sex with my wife but without ejaculation inside.
My symptoms are: on day 2 after my encounter,i had a bit burning and tingling in my urethra b4 peeing.and also dribbling after peeing. On day 7,i had a urine test(wbc-3 to 6 hpf,rbc-4 to 7 hpf) so a doctor put me on ofloxacin 400mg 2x a day for 5 days. Also on day 13,after swimming in hot spring pool,i started to feel pain in my testicles which persist till now(day18).But i never had any discharge until now....
My questions are:
1.why does the burning ang tingling persist until now(day 18 )despite the antibiotics i've taken?and so the testicular pain after the hot pool bath?
2.what std could i have gotten from that sex acts?
3.could i possibly  have transmitted a std to my wife on day 6 even though i took many antibiotics?
4.what is my risk for hiv from that encounter?

I chatted with the girl and she insisted that she is clean,no unusual discharges and her last sex prior to our encountef was 8 months ago.she said she has just finished her annual physical check up and she got normal results.
I feel so guilty for having that encounter....wish i didnt do it at all....pls help me....thanks ...

Hi.
1.Urethra burning that starts 2 days after unprotected sex may be considered more of an injury than an std as usually takes about 4 -5 days for the infection to injure the inside so i would lean more towards an injury from the act itself, same with the tingling.
1.However your urine test appears to be on the boarder for infection so i feel your doctor put you on the meds as proactive.
2. unprotected vaginal sex is a risk for Syphilis, Gono, Chlamydia, herpes, UTI, HIV and HPV.
3. Yes as some meds dont kill some bacterias as are type specific to some degree. Meaning some are more recommended than others. Antibiotics dont have any effect in preventing, Herpes, HPV or HIV and with Syphilis i believe its treated with Pennicillin for the most part..

Irrregardless you should test for all of the above for you wifes protection.
