STD NEGATIVE

I recently got my results back for my herpes 2 blood test and culture. It came back negative (<.90 range) but during my visit at my obgyn she saw blisters in my vagina. (Why she sent out the testing) with me having an "outbreak" wouldn't it show that I have herpes if I do? I also have painful intercourse, a lot of discharge, and prolonged periods (also have the birth control implant in my arm.) If it's not herpes 2 not what else could it be?

Hi, if you tested 3 months post any sexual activity then the results are conclusive that you dont have herpes.
