hi ,1 month ago I had sex with one commercial girl and my condoms break ,after 3 days I directly loose my appetite without eating any single things am always feeling full,same time am started suffering from watery loose motions once in a day but every day and feeling burning and pain in my complete legs,even every time feeling ill,dizziness ,headache,body pain skin itchy even feeling breathless ,now one month passed since that accident but I never got any fever or any night sweats ,can anyone pls help me or advice me what should I do now pls
