STD/STI possibility

So 12 weeks ago I had a drunken one night stand with a co-worker.  We did not use protection, I know it was terrible judgement, but I was very drunk.  So my anxiety got the best of me and immediately though I had been HIV infected.  I had HIV PCR RNA test at 13 days negative. Spoke with the co-worker and she was tested about three weeks after the one night stand, she was negative on everything.  Things got better for a while then my anxiety got the best of me and had fourth generation duo test at 28 days also negative.  I developed a single red bump, pimple like on my upper thigh in the fold area.  No pain or itching to it.  Few days later, co worker informed me that she had several bumps on vaginal area.  Went to another clinic, fearing she had genital herpes.  Was given a cream.  Bumps got better, but she was diagnosed with HSV-1 in our genital area.  I have been getting cold sores since I was a toddler so I figured I could have that.  Granted there was no oral sex. Her boyfriend also has cold sores from time to time.  He was also tested for everything and came back HSV-1 as well.  The doctor said it was a recent occurrence in which she contracted HSV-1.  So now my anxiety kicks back in that I have picked something up during my drunken mistake.  My single red bump starts to go away, another one on same thigh develops.  Once again no pain, no itching.  Just pimple like bump.  This bump begins to go away a week later.  Now neither bump goes completely away, there is still a faint spot in both places.  I develop two more bumps on opposite thigh so now I really worried.  Just today I noticed a bigger red bump on the side of my stomach.  In addition I have a general itchiness bellows my balls, but no rash or bumps.  My anxiety has went into overdrive thinking I have an STD or HIV?  Does anyone have any idea what could be going on.  This is driving me crazy.  Going to do another HIV test tomorrow at 12  weeks to hopefully at least out that behind me.  Thanks to all for any advice.

Hi, what you describing doesnot suggest herpes or any std at all and if you already have oral hsv1 your basicly immune to getting it in the genital area. You can have the genital bumps swabbed to confirm if you want

Couple additions forgot to add, had very mild pain in pelvic area few weeks after possible exposure.  Nothing that hurt bad, just kinda knew it was there.  Went to doctor and they tested for UTI.  Did a urine sample and everything looked good.  Had full blood work a few weeks later and nothing out of ordinary.  Now I did not mention the sexual encounter as I am married and we use the same Doctor.  Still have that nuisance in pelvic area day to day even now.
