hi had aone niight stand about 10 months ago ,very next day wanted to urinate more freqentley evry 2 to 3 hours still do. also have pains in back under rib cage and stomach area. had std test done at ,two weeks,4 weeks and 3months all negative also hiv tests all negative but still have these problems can any one help

he dosent no at this time i have another apppointment in may he thinks it may b some form of infection that has upset things

You never said if sex was protetced or not. But testing out 3 months negative. No reason to be worried about a STD.

thanks for getting back to me ive had that checked and all ok,ive also had bladder checked all ok to i was wondering if their any more advanced std test i could have to c if scmethings been missed

Was it unprotected vaginal/oral/anal? If you have never had a white/yellow discharge then thats a good sign and if you tested in the proper testing times and came back negative thats good also.
At this point i think its time to see a uroligist and maybe check your prostate to see if its enlarged as this can cause frequent to urinate feelings. Enlarged prostate is common in men around 44 years of age. The other things most likely are from stress.
