STD contraction

Is it possible to contract any form of STD if no sexual intercourse has taken place? The only type of sexual activity involved is manual simulation by the partner.

I should prolli mention it's her first time doing anything with someone.

I've had one prior partner and we were both STI/D clean as it was our first time also.

Nothing seems out of the ordinary for her anatomy though. No bumps or nothing out of the ordinary.
