STD or anxiety?

About two weeks ago, on Feb. 20, I had unprotected sex w/ my girlfriend. We were both virgins when we had sex. A few hours after, I started feeling uneasy like a feeling of regret and I didn't feel like eating or anything. From the 22nd to 28th, I had frequent urges to urinate and I also was never hungry. I had a urinalysis on the 27th and I was told that my scores were great and there was nothing wrong and they sent my urine in for gonorrhea, clamydia, and infection tests. I was told that if I did not receive a call in a week that I should be cleared. I haven't received a call so I was feeling much better.

On March 5th however, when I went to examine my penis and retracted my foreskin, I'm uncircumcised, I noticed that the skin was really dry and that my foreskin began having trouble sliding down fully about half way. The dry skin is sort of really light yellow, and sometimes when I examine my penis the head seems fine, but usually there is dry skin. On March 7th, I started feeling the need to urinate more often and today, I feel like urinating every 10 minutes and if I hold it in for just a minute or two there is a burning sensation in my pelvic(groin?) area. When I urinate and finish, I am still able to push out a few streams of urine, but not a lot. There isn't any pain when I urinate, like there isn't any burning feeling except for when I hold my urine in. There also isn't any discharge from my penis. My penis head is just dry and has some dry yellish coloured skin that is sometimes there and sometimes isn't.
I have a doctor's appointment on monday, but I would like to know if anyone else has experienced something like this and if these are symptoms of an std or just anxiety.

going to be seen monday is the best thing to do. since you and your gf were each others firsts, you know you don't have a std. many things can cause your symptoms including yeast and other non-std related bacteria.

stop back and let us know how your appointment goes :)
