STD symptoms? Please help very scared.

I am an 18 year old bisexual male. I had my first sexual experience with an older man recently, but all we did was oral. He did not finish in my mouth and it only lasted a few minutes, I am sure there was pre-cum however. He says he is clean of all std's but I am not sure what to believe. He did rim me before he engaged into fellatio with me.

I have been told that there is no chance of HIV exposure from this encounter, but what about others? I think I may be showing some symptoms of something.

My tongue is yellow from the middle to the back, but I have poor dental hygiene so it may just be plaque. I cant get or keep an erection 48 hours after the encounter. My urine is changing from clear to yellow, usually after every other  time I use the restroom. Sometimes there is very little flow, and sometimes there is a lot, but there is no pain involved.

I also have been getting light headaches and feeling very odd for the past 2 days, I think this may just be from anxiety as I have been worried to death and getting very little sleep.

I wish I could explain it better to you as to how it looks. I can still see the "wrinkled" skin from the sac but the testical itself is below that, like it's slid down or something. I don't think it has ever been like this before. What about the small amounts of pain in the tip of my penis, and in the left testical? could that be from anxiety as well?

I hung out yesterday with people, as I thought I would feel better but that wasnt really the case. I couldn't get my mind off of it.

odds are your left testicle has always looked this way but you just never took this much notice to it before. they don't hang evenly and many things can cause them to sometimes be higher or lower too.

keep yourself busy so you have less time to think about this :) Call up friends and tell them you want to do things, even if it's just hanging out and watching tv with friends, you aren't going to be doing a crotch watch while you are there :)   taking walks helps to stretch out your pelvic muscles too which is a good thing - if it's cold where you live, go to the  mall and walk.  Anything to keep your mind busy and take up your time :)  Consider doing volunteer work too :)

So can anxiety cause the issue with my left testical and the small amounts of pain as well? How can I get over all this?

nothing you would've gotten from oral sex would cause erection issues. odds are this is all anxiety related. If you aren't relaxed in general, the lil guy often is slower to respond.

Well what about non-std related that I could have got from oral sex?

nothing std related causes erection issues.

I was actually able to get one earlier, but I had to keep stimulation on it or it would go away in a matter of seconds. I masturbated and I came normally, but it almost took 10 minutes to get the erection.

It's not that im "looking" for anything else, i'm just trying to figure out why I still can't get an erection.

Thank you again, I don't think I have a UTI.

Another thing I have noticed today, 72 hours after the encounter is that it looks like my left testical is pushed up and out of the sac? Could this be a factor to me not being able to get an erection? Or could this be from something else associated with the sex? I was fingered for about a minute.

pain with urination would be symptoms of an uti correct.

you've had no symptoms. why worry so much?

Thanks for the responses . I have no fever, or burning associated with the urine . Are these always the symptoms of a uti?

oral sex in general is low risk. we don't recommend testing from it unless you develop symptoms. You need to be aware that it makes no difference whether a partner ejaculates or not as far as your risk  - it's the sex act itself that is the risk to you, not semen!  this goes for any sex act.

we recommend protected sexual contact because it works!  Don't be naive and believe that someone tells you that they are std free :(   The right way to protect yourself is when the clothes come off, a condom should be on. Protected oral sex is as safe as it gets. For rimming, cut open a condom and lay it over the anal area to perform oral over. Flavored condoms help with that latex taste a little as well as they make flavored lubes too that help.   Taking proper precautions protects you as well as saves you worry and testing :)

erection difficulties are not caused by std's. I totally agree that this is probably anxiety related.

urine color changes typically are due to what you are eating, the time of day as well as how hydrated you are. Are you drinking plenty of fluids?  dehydration can also cause headaches too as well as feeling lightheaded.

your tongue issues do not sound std related. If you know you practice poor dental hygiene, change and starting doing it right!!  Mouth issues can cause you all sorts of other issues and can lead to serious health problems so be sure to brush at least twice a day and floss at least daily. Mouth wash can also be helpful if you don't like to floss regularly too.

have you had your gardasil shots yet since you are now sexually active?

Hello. Others were correct to tell you that you did not have a risk for HIV this way. If oral sex was all that was involved, no real chance of HIV. Now onto your other questions....

The yellow tongue. I get that occasionally as well, and dry mouth. I am a smoker, but I also have allergy issues and am a mouth breather while I sleep, so I believe this to be the culprit. Does it brush right off while brushing your tongue, and no pain?

The erection. I am a female so I can't really relate, however the mind/anxiety/fear can play amazing tricks on your body, in ways you cannot even imagine. This could very well be the reason you are having this problem. Also, I don't think (EVEN if you DID happen to catch something, and that's an IF) that this would be a symptom of an infection.

Urine flow. You are very young still, but if you would go to the doctor maybe get your prostate checked. If you have no pain or burning on urination, then that is a good indicator that things are well. Is the urine cloudy or notice an odor? You also state you have been having increased anxiety and headaches, have you been eating and drinking sufficiently? This would very easily change your urine from clear to yellow. If you notice any cloudiness, odor, burning on urination, frequency, you could have a urinary tract infection.

Regardless of all of this, it is still important for ANYONE to get regularly tested for STD's, if engaging in sexual activity. Where this did not put you at risk for HIV, other STD's could be transmitted this way easier. Most likely these "symtoms" are due to your anxiety, but wouldn't hurt to visit your doc anyways, just to be sure:)

Another thing I would like to add is I actually don't have an increased urge to urinate.
