STD test while on antibiotics

Hi,

About 4 -6 weeks ago I had unprotected sex with a friend and also performed oral sex on her. I now want to get an STD test on Monday Morning (It is now Saturday afternoon). I am concerned about having a bacterial/viral infection: Chlamydia ect. However I am 4 days into a course of E-Mycin antibiotics for a respiratory tract infection which I have discovered is also used to treat Gonorrhea and Chlamydia. I have a partner that I cheated on which makes things more complicated, so;

1) If I have one of those std's, could the E Mycin have removed it from my system in 4 days (I am taking 400mg twice daily) thus opening up the possibility that I get tested negatively only to catch them again from my partner whom I may have infected.

2) If my dosage of E-Mycin wont rid me of Chlamydia or Gonorrhea, will it affect my test results?

3) If I have contracted Gonorrhea orally will a urine test detect this?

I am looking to get tested as soon as possible tp be able to tell my partner as soon as possible if I am infected.

Thankyou very much for reading

1) I do not know specifics about medication but if something is used to treat STD's and you are on it then it could have cured you if you had anything. Also best to talk about medications with a Dr.
2) No
3) No you would need an oral swab done to check for it orally
