Just from your first sentence , "I have a sexual itnercourse a month ago (safe sex) as condom was used in all practices"
is all we needed to say, you had a low risk exposure and do not need testing unless you develop symptoms, since you tested a month post-exposure --believe your results for everything.
the bacteria found, was probably not transmitted from the protected encounter you had but elsewhere.
A 3 month negative HIV test is conclusive, don't need to wait 6 months.
And from your description of penile sensations after you realized the girl gets around, this may very well just be urethra awareness. This occurs when you suddenly focus everything on your penis and you are aware of actual normal sensations but it is heightened due to your anxiety.
You also had condom protected sex so the odds really are in your favor. Don't fret too much, and once you have the test results back, please move on or get some help to ease your mind.
Thanks grace for your reply.
protected sex isn't safe 100%. The girl that I slept with, I found out that she been sleeping with many people and then I started having some itchiness which made me worried. So, I decided to go for the test and make sure I have no STD infection, given the fact I am thinking to get married in a year or max two years time which I dont want to give my wife any STD or any partner I will be with.
I followed up with the doctor in regards of epithelial cells and he told me there is nothing I should worry about.
For the last 4 or 5 days I started having some sore throat which started making me worried of HIV as I read on internet after 4 weeks of a sexual interourse the person gets fever, sore throat, etc.
The HIV results showed negative as you can see in my previous post but isn't HIV needs time to show positive (3 to 6 months).
epithelial cells are skin cells.
you have bacteria in your urine. that needs followed up on.
you had protected sex - why did you even follow up on it with all this testing?
