STD that does not go away

I am going to start by saying that I am the one who cheated on my wife and it was a terrible one time mistake that happened 8 months ago, my first course of action was doxy for 2 weeks after it didn't work I went to the doctor and was positive for Chlamydia, so they gave me a shot of rocephyn and treatment of doxy again, I was good for 2 days with no pain, then it came back, my wife got tested and it came back positive so she took the single pill of azytromycin and her pain went away, mine pain was still there I go treated again with azytromycin and another shot of rocephin and everything came back positive again ( at this time my wife thought that I was still cheating) I was not and the doctor gave me more doxy for 3 weeks period, it didn't work but before that I had unprotected sex with my wife and she got tested and I got tested she came back negative and I came back positive, at this point I was going crazy and so they gave me another shot of rocephin and moxifloxacyn ( it was great I started feeling better but I didn't finish due to an alergic reaction) I left it alone and I still had the pain so I went to the emergency room and everything came back negative I was still in pain so I let it go for another month and I came back to my doctor and run all the test everything came back negative and I was still in pain and have some red dots around the tip of my penis some days I left it alone and now 8 months after it is back and stronger than ever I know my wife is not cheating and this is really destroying my marriage which I put in jeopardy on the first place, but no one believes me not even doctors and I am starting to fall in depresion, I read an article about MG (mycoplasma genitalium) I had never had that test done on me before, please help me I am desperate, no doctors do not believe me neither my wife, I know it is easy to think the easy answer but I am not lying and I just want someone to believe what I am saying even tho I deserve not to be believe.

You two keep passing it back and forth to each other. You need to abstain from sex and both be treated with appropriate antibiotics  at the same time.
