std or penis irritaton?

I am uncircumcised 26 year old male. tested negative for all stds 6 months ago. had protected vaginal sex 6 weeks ago with a condom, and the condom broke, presumably during ejacuation. i have no knowledge of the girls std health. probably less than a minute of unprotected exposure. 3-4 days later the penis glans seemed red or irritated. this has happened to me in the past from unprotected sex, turning out not to be std, so i assumed that in this case it was likely just irritation and would clear up. i tried a couple different antifungal and antibacterial creams but it still seems to be slightly red and irritated. it also has come and gone on the inside of the foreskin. no discharge, no burning during urination, just redness and irritation that has come and gone over the last 6 weeks, it looks similar to a mild case of balanitis or zoons balanitis, or possibly a yeast infection. given the circumstances, how likely would it be that i have in fact contracted some type of std? Thanks for your help in advance.
