irritation under foreakin

Doc for almost a year i have had a confined red patch under my foreskin and the tip has been red and puffy  no discharge or blisters i have gone to the doctor twice and was prescribed amox and it almost healed but never completely went away when i get an erection it gets worse but then fades about a week before this came to i jad a woman get really rough and it left bruises on the shaft the doctor waa never really straight forward as to what it was. It uses to throb and i could feel uncomfortable now its just there any suggestions?

Possibly yes as is a change in your skins PH, If you really want to find out what this is then have a scraping and a PCR test performed, this is not a culture.

Could a fungal infection last this long though? Its driving me crazy!

Hi, topical irritations are most often fungal in nature like a male yeast infection or balantis.
