STD's Worry

on 6 Dec'2013, i had exposure for unprotected Oral sex only. After that next week two times i had only protected- condom oral sex + intercourse too wit same condom. After few days i observed penile pain (like needle in the shaft/glans) only, i got very much worried and tensed. In last week of dec'2013, i developed so much fatigue. So i got tested for STD'S on 30 dec'2013 from GP ( only hiv+hepetitis B+Syphilis+ chalymydia) only. All were negative. After that i was on Augmentin for 7 days.On 7th Jan'14, i developed red-rash only on meutus of penis. Then i re-visited other GP ON 7th Jan'14, he got examined/re-tested for HSV 1,2, chlaymydia,gonorehea, uretheral swab test.All again negative except Postive for Fungus candida albican. so he put me on Itracanzole for 2 weeks + azole cream for penis. then again we re-tested for urehtral + anal swab test after 2 weeks. then again negative. But rash dint went away, then he said might be skin parasitic infection. he put me on again on 2 weeks for parasitic infections medicines. + mycoster cream for penis which i applied for approx 2 months. In the meantime, i developed irritation in my eyes too. i showed to opthomologist, he said eyes are OK, only mild conjutivitis, so only presrcribed for artificial tears. but eyes still have irritation. i showed up again to other opthomalogist , she said same too. In the meantime , i wnet again to GP, he took only genital swab test only on penis glans. now it was positive on 20th March'14. it was bacteria only. coagulase-negative staphylococcus, klebsiella pneumonaie, enterococcus faecalis. so he presrcibed ospomox -amoxicilin+ serviflox -ciprofloxacin+ fucidin cream for 10 Days now.

Also, i re-tested for all STD's (HSV 1,2, SYPHILIS,HIV,CHALYM,GONNO, CBC, HEPTITS A,B,C) ALL NEGATIVE ON 10TH March'2014. (during this test i was not on any anitbiotic since 1 month).

So please tell.me and help me what causing penile pain  + red meautus too. Also is it possible that this bacterial infection can pass on to my Gf. ? As before I tested positive I had oral sex with my gf. Only kissing all over and handjob.she is also ill now + throat pain . Please help me please

You will need to follow up with your Dr, not sure what this issue could be.

I already applied itracanzole fungal cream 2 weeks, mycoster 2 months for mycoplasama, fucidin for 1week bacteria cream
But no results at all. Can you comment now please

It can be many things, fungial is most common issue.
