STD risk

I've read that dual infection for syphillis and hiv are quite common. I was rimmed by someone I think had both.  He did stick his tongue up inside me.  If he had a syphillis sore in his mouth or on his tongue how likely is it that I would have gotten one or both.  I had a big loss of appetite for the last few weeks and have lost atleast 5lbs.  He never once stuck his penis in me, just his tongue.  I've also had a dry cough and and some redness in the back of my throat.  It's been about 6 weeks since the incident and have been having some for about the last month now.  I haven't been sleeping well at nights either.  I did notice bump just in the inner part of my anus.  How worried should I be about HIV etc....?

there was other oral sex, but that was it.  There was nothing visually wrong with his penis.

it's not likely you contracted syphilis from this. it's incredibly unlikely that you contracted hiv from this.

if this was the only contact you had, no reason for any testing.
