Scared of STI exposure - Testicular Pain!

Help! I made a really stupid decision. Was in San Francisco and visited massage parlor. She gave protected oral, but during it i could feel her teeth to the point of discomfort (3-5 min). Followed by vaginal intercourse with the same condom. I 'believe' the condom was intact after, but i can't say the integrity of it perhaps from micro tears from her teeth possibly or possibly not?

-1 week later from exposure - I notice a lymph node swollen a few days and then went away.
-2.5 weeks later from exposure - I wake up to uncomfortable dull pain around testicular area (maybe above testicles?)

When moving testicles around with hands to self-exam, i don't notice increased pain - just the same residual dull pain (upper or above testicles). The pain seems to come and go - sometimes i can convince myself for short periods there is no pain. There is no penile discharge. Urination for the most part has not been painful, certainly nothing within the tract - maybe some discomfort on the tip, but comes and goes.

I read that anxiety, especially directed at genital concerns, can create transient symptoms, I've been trying to be relaxed about things - but i don't want to disregard reality either.  If i were to rate my anxiety of 0% normal and 100% being out of my mind - i'm at about 65-70%.  I made a stupid mistake and have a family and that spikes my anxiety levels at times thinking about affecting them.

Please help! Thank you for all the professionals that help here!

Hi since your penis head was covered by the condom nothing could enter your urethra so what ever teste pain you are have could be an injury from the act itself but since you have a family then test for herpes and syphilis for her protection.
