Sex with AMP worker

I had sex four days ago using a condom with an asian massage parlor worker. She gave me oral sex (covered with condom) then vaginal sex until I ejaculated. I am worried about risks for std's - the condom did not break and was on the entire time of contact. this is honestly the first (and will be the last) time I've done this, and I have lots of anxiety. She and I showered with soap and water after sex, and then I showered again back in my hotel room, plus used rubbing alcohol on my genitals and penis (which I have realized probably did nothing but burn...)

Should I get fully tested?
Can I have unprotected sex with my partner? (who I have never cheated on prior to this incident)

And my advice for those reading this - don't do what I did - it isn't worth it for so many reasons...

I see no reason other than you have a partner so I would recommend testing because of her.
Syphilis-6 weeks
Herpes-3 months

Your risk overall was very low. Only STD's such as herpes, HPV and syphilis could really be transmitted.
