Sex worker's vaginal fluids came into direct contact with the top part of my penis

Last night, I had sex with a prostitute. She gave me a blowjob but I did not ejaculate. I wanted to wear a condom but she insisted that a condom was not necessary for a blowjob. I am aware that there is some STD risk for this.
However, my main concern is that later on, I did use my finger to explore her clitorial region, but I did not penetrate her vagina.
She used her fingers to guide my fingers to masturbater her vagina and she squirted a fair amount of female ejaculate onto her fingers and hands. Then she later used her finger to stroke the entire length of my penis.
Therefore, her vaginal fluid and female ejaculate got in direct contact with the tip of my uncircumcized penis. Outside of this exposure, some got on my fingers, I have a non-bleeding but open sore on my third finger.
Other than that, for pentration of the vagina, I used a condom and the condom did not break.
Am I at risk?

Just to clarify, after she touched my penis with her female ejaculate, she put a condom on me. And then she helped me to insert her. I am wondering if I am at risk.

I am also wondering if I am at risk for HIV, especially if her vaginal fluids came into contact with the condom.
