I am a 30 year old male few weeks ago I received oral from what I believed to be a man ( tranny) . During the blow job the condom came off because he was jerking me off at the same time roughly. He then put the condom back on but his hands and condom were covered with saliva...3 weeks latter I’m having ubset stomach for about 3 days now...am I at risk for any stds please help

No, you are not at risk for anything, and no STD would give you an upset stomach. (Stress would, though.)

Also, "tranny" is an offensive term. The correct word to use is trans person. I realize it's used a lot in sex ads, but there's no reason to use it otherwise. (Just a little FYI.)

Hi upset stomach is not a symptom of any std but could be from anxiety. risks for unprotected oral sex would be Gonoreah, syphilis and herpes. but from what you describe they would be quite low risk.

Thanks...I had a unrelated doctors appointment which required me to take a rapid   Urinalysis( not a std culture) and every thing came back negative no sign of Leukocytes or nitrites...nurse said no sign of infection....could I have  chlamydia or gonorrhea  At this point and it not show?
