Should i worry

I made the mistake of having protected sex at an AMP. I'm nervous about having sex with my girlfriend now because i don't want to give her anything. This happened 4 days ago and I have zero symptoms. Should I worry?

With no symptoms and the fact it was protected, I would not worry

Even though it's only been 5 days now?
Yep - the risk in real life terms would be small.

also sex workers are usually better at wearing condoms and being safe than the rest of us, as its their jobs at risk if they caught anything
Yep - the realistic risk is so low with this and think about it a different way - sex workers wear condoms not for you, but for them. If they caught an infection then they would be out of work and lose money.
Thanks for lowering my stress levels
