Side effects from Gonnorhea/Clamydia Treatment

I was treated last Tuesday with Rociphen and Zithromax, and a small round of Cipro, for Gonnorhea, Clamydia infection. The day after and still today I get short kind of spasm cramps in my reproductive organ region, sort of like menstrual cramps. They are sporadic maybe two a day, could this be from the meds? I also noticed right after treatment I get a small pinch in my urethra, randomly, the nurse said more fluids??

Not sure, my guess is a couple of days after last one taken.

I just figure it must be the meds, as I didn't have any symptoms before treatment and developed these issues right after treatment! How long do these meds stay in the system? I'm sure my body is still eliminating them?
