Discharge still showing after 7 days of antibiotics

Had unprotected oral sex. The night before that, I may have masturbated too hard and irritated my urethra. Maybe, not sure but wanted to put that detail in there.
Started to have a clear discharge a few weeks after the oral. No smell. No itching or burning. The discharge was only noticeable bec the tip of my penis would stick together when I woke up. And sometimes throughout the day.

After a couple months, I got tested. Still waiting for results (takes about a week or week and a half) but was prescribed azithtomycin. Took 2 500mg a week ago. The symptoms mentioned seemed to decrease but still see the discharge when I wake up. It has been a week. Also, I have a slight discomfort on top of my left testicle recently, but that could be from sports over the weekend.

Since the results have not come in, the doctor gave me a paper about urethritis with my prescription.

Should I contact the doctor? Could I have something else?

This is probably the best site or you can google the Mayo clinic web site.

Thanks for the input. I am trying to look for some information online about the subject. Can you point me in the right direction?

Hi, oral sex rarely leads to infection and if an infection did occur the discharge would be white puss not clear. Clear means mucus is being created to sooze and injury or its your natural fluids being milked out. Call your doc to confirm this.
