Tiny red dot on vein on penis shaft
Hi, every once and a while a tiny red dot, about a milimetre in size will appear on a vein on the shaft of my penis. It usually disapears in about a weeks time and isnt sore or itchy, it sometimes appears after sex or masturbation, and sometimes appears when no friction has occured in a while, what could this possibly be??
