Small pink patch on foreskin and slight itch

hi for quite a while now i have had a small pink patch on my foreskin it never used to itch and never hurts or causes me pain, it looks almost like scar tissue.  I am quite a heavy masterbater so i put it down to that.  Quite recently though my foreskin has been harder to pull back and i have a slight itch at the very end of my foreskin.  When i pull back my foreskin it looks a little swollen hence the harder to pull back part.  I have also noticed whitish bits which i now have to clean under my foreskin.

My only past knowledge is that i had a wart under my foreskin a coulpe of years ago which was treated and cleared up.
My thoughts and fears were it was herpes or thrush...

Thx so much in advance

Well it doesn't sound like herpes to me but you should double check with those in the herpes forum... they have better knowledge of HSV... As for it being an STD it honestly doesn't sound like one; could be from the wart you had removed, could be from masterbating to rough/much... it could be anything but if you have had unprotected sex and are think it could be an STD then you should get a full STD panel as we can not tell you if you do or do not have and STD.

Let us know if you have any other questions and any herpes follow up questions should be posted in the herpes forum.
