Small wounds on foreskin

My last protected sexual encounter was on 18th Feb (Protected vaginal and oral sex). On 3rd Jun I realised there were three small wounds on my foreskin (it could probably due to the friction when masturbating since I use dry towel to masturbate and I masturbated quite frequently lately). There is no discharge on the wounds.

I am wondering after more than 110 days of my encounter, what are the odds that these wounds are caused by my last encounter? Do I need to have a body check immediately or shall I wait few days for the wounds to get recover?

Thanks.

Hi since you used a condom your wound is not a symptom of any std

And also can I rule out the odds since symptoms of std usually appear in 3 months time?
