Penile bump

Two weeks ago, I noticed a small, round bump on bottom left side of foreskin (circumcised) just under head. No pain, itching, burning, or bleeding. Flesh-colored (maybe slightly red). Pretty flat, maybe slightly raised. Relatively smooth with a pretty well-defined round shape about 3 mm in diameter. It also had a small black/red dot in the center. I picked the small object out of center (no puss or blood or anything). Bump was almost unnoticeable when flacid, just slightly smoother texture. Have had a few sexual partners, most recent was unprotected vaginal sex about a year ago. Nothing since then. No symptoms ever before this.

The only possibility to me seemed to be genital warts. I went to a clinic, and the PA told me that he was 99% sure that it was not genital warts (or any other STD) and that I had nothing to worry about. His rationale was that it did not have a warty or cauliflower appearance, and the small hole in the center indicated irritation/abrasion. He diagnosed me with penile abrasion. This made sense to me, as I had done some things that could have irritated it (masturbated without lotion, exercised in humid environment (including biking)).

The tiny pindot hole developed a “blackhead” once more, which I pulled out. It was just a tiny, indistinguishable object. No puss underneath. Now (two weeks later), the bump is still there but has smoothed over (no dot in middle). It is slightly red and shiny, almost like how scars can be smooth and shiny. If I pull the skin back tight, it is flat and looks whiter than the surrounding area. No changes otherwise in the bump, nor have any other bumps developed.

I scheduled appointment with doctor in a few days but am very stressed. Could a wart have a hole in the middle in the beginning? If it is skin abrasion/irritation, should it be gone by now? Any insight is helpful; I am very stressed.

No, this doesn't sound like a wart. Maybe molluscum, but you can google that to see if that fits. It usually has a dimple in the middle, not a black something. This doesn't sound like an STD, so try not to stress.
