Condom slip and fear for stds

I had sex with cws in April this year. I had protected sex and while pulling out my condom slipped and it was hanging from her vagina. She was on top of me. After that I started having glue and mouth sores which are still present. I did HIV test on 14 the day which came out non reactive and again did test after 3 months which came out non reactive. Now I have got genital infection and I am very worried whether I have got HIV or I should trust the 3 months test report. I am from India.
