Clear Discharge

So, heejaculate story; I have been tested for Chlamydia and Gonnorhea (naat) and both were negative. Also, I've been tested for HIV and Syphillis and both were negative. I've had a fairly constant pain in my right testicle. I've had a testicle scan, and it shows nothing abnormal. I've had a blood test and nothing abnormal. 2 urinalyses and nothing abnormal. Ive a semen culture and nothing abnormal. I will occasionally have a small clear discharge at tip of penis and then excessive premature ejaculant prior to intercourse (protected). So....in sum my symptoms are right testicle pain and minimal clear discharge. I've seen a uroligist and he was not really interested in my story. And PCP is tired of seeing me I'm sure.

1. Should I be testing for anything else?
2. Is this all in my head?
3. Is this CPPS?
4. Should I be having unprotected sex with my girlfriend? Will the symptoms disappear once I see she isn't acquiring anything?

This all starting after an indiscretion of mine 6+ months ago which involved a moment (like 2 minutes) of insertive oral sex, I did not ejaculate

Whoops anyways like i said from all my resesrch oral sex is low risk butbthings can happen you have taken so many medicines and haveall megative tests clear discharge comes outbefore sex cause arousal and other symtoms are prollly normal stuff that youre noticing cause if anxiety you can have akl the sex you want youre good i think im going through the same quick insertive oral now syptoms and im going crazy but i havent had tests

Whoops i think youre good man all negatives testicle pain happen once in a while and clear discharge comes out from arousal before sex i think all your symptoms are anxiety making you focus on any little thing think logically you took so may medicines and all your tests are nwgative you can have all the sex you want shes not gonna get anything

Its not that im thinking your ok your doctors as saying your ok from all the testing that youve done.

Oh side note, copious amounts of antibiotics including 2g azithromycin and 28 total of doxy have been ingested if that helps your assessment at all.

Hi, all urethras have a clear discharge if you milk it as all uretras contain mucus. If you have an infection you would have a white puss discharge. Since all you tests came back negative it would not appear your testicle discomfort is not std related but may your causing it by all the pulling and checking .
