Very worried

Dear Doctor,

2 days ago, got drunk and ended up receiving unprotected oral sex from a sex worker for 5 seconds before protected vaginal sex. She did brush her teeth before anything.

Have been worried sick. Not sure if it's anxiety or worry or imagination but since then have occassionaly been getting itches on my penis and mild burning sensation (could be too mild be considered a burning sensation). No other physical symptoms.

Today visited a doctor and got a prescription of azithomycin and zinnat for chlamydia and gnnorrhea. I read that azithomycin could be an effective cure for syphillis too? Also valtrex as prophylaxis against herpes. Was told its too early to do any tests.

Would like to know the STI risks there are (chlamydia, gnnorrhea, herpes, syphillis, HIV) especialy since there is itches/sensation. And when to take STI tests.

Your advice would be very helpful, have been worried constantly since then

Thank you. Sorry for the many questions but not a high chance it's a sign of herpes? Been really freaking out

Exterior irritation could be fungal. Interior urethra irritation such as itching or burning could be a UTI from mouth bacteria or chlamydia but chlamydia and gono are really low risk as she would need to give you a deep throat oral where your penis was at the back of her throat as thats where any potential bacterias would be.

Thanks but any idea if the symptoms are indicative of any particular STD? Also forgot to mention that together with mild burning sensation, I also do feel the urge to urinate frequently but it could be just anxiety?

Very worried it could be genital herpes as symptoms are supposed to start with itching after 2 days?

Hi, unprotected oral and protected vaginal is low risk activity. With oral would be all std,s expect hiv which is no risk, and protected vaginal would be herpes, syphilis and HPV.
