Small scab like dots on penis after oral sex

Hi I had unprotected oral sex about seven days ago and two days ago I noticed some small black almost scablike dots on my scrotum. There are about ten of the them and they seem to organized in a line like pattern. They are only about maybe a millimeter wide and are spherical. They have no puss or anything but they just look like scabs. They also don't hurt and I haven't been having any pain while urinating or any discharge from my penis. Any idea on what these are and if they might be a sign of an STI. I also have a sore throat, feel fatigued, and have a runny nose right now as well. I'm hoping that those symptoms are just from a cold though. I don't know how to post pictures so here is a link with a picture: https://i.imgur.com/9cZIYxv.jpg

Note: I did ask about some of my symptoms in an earlier post but I didn't really talk about the dots and I would like to know what they are
