do I have an std?

For 2 years now I've had this white painless bump on the underside of my penis. There's 2 super smaller ones near it but it doesn't hurt and its kind of pealable but it just won't come off. It looks like an air bubble or a water droplet sort of. Also next to it I've had dry red patches of skin but it only appears like this time of the year (November - December) what I mean is I had it last year but it went away but now I got it again at the same time and at the same spot. It looks dry like excema in a way because when it's dry it white and flaky and when you wet it it just turns red.its kinda like a rash maybe. I've only received oral sex from 3 std free people but one got a sore throat after giving it to me but I think its BC she was sick anyways before. Is this an std?

It's likely you have Forcydes spots , very common in men on the underside of the penis. They are harmless.. As for you red spots this is a dermal issue. Neither sound like an std . STDs present sores and lesions and are constantly changing .. I wouldn't worry about this.. You can go to your doctor for your dermatitis if you need reassurance.
