So I had sex with an escort not knowing it at the time. Then after I used hand sanitizer to clean up my jr. But the following day I had a red itchy spot on the side of my penis, now a week later I have an sore spot on my penis. It's not crater like and it doesn't hurt the is no itchyness to it. It is uncomfortable when my underwear rubs on it. It's not a wet sore for about 3 days now I am so scared of what it might be. I have no other symptoms.

Totally agree here - it might be from the hand sanitizer, which is not meant to be used on the genitals.

Go get a doctor to look at the sore. It may need treatment. If you didn't use a condom, get them to swab it.

Since the red spot appeard the next day it would not be std related as symptoms take a few days. sounds more like an irritation from the act itself. Did you use a condom?
